Holland VBC In Line Coaxial F Connector DC Voltage Blocking Coupler
(1 each/unit) Use this In-Line F connected DC Voltage Blocking Coupler on any Coaxial Cable line or Equipment with F or F-81 Fitted ends. Perfect for filtering out / removing DC Voltage and current (up to 35 VDC and .750 A) introduced onto a line to power an In-Line Amplifier and Protect other Splitters / Couplers, yet passes Satellite Cable TV Antenna signal up to 3 GHz in Frequency. Install this Voltage Blocking Coupler anywhere on the line at the point where you want to Block DC Voltage from going farther. Filters that are typically Notch (Channel Removal), Band Pass (Pass Specific Range) or Pass Band (Pass all BUT a Specific Range). If Installing a Filter that will affect an entire Network, it is best to install at Amplifier Input versus Output. Notch Filters are part of but not completely effectual alone for Channel Elimination. Common Band Pass and Pass Band Filter examples are Diplexers and Separators. Very Few Filters handle Voltage Pass, be Carefull to ascertain their Capability prior to Use.
