The ROHN TB3 Thrust Bearing is pre-drilled to mount onto ROHN G-Series Tower Top Cap Sections and Plates like the 25AG4, BPL25G, BAS25G, 45AG4, BPL45G and BPL55G that are in turn, pre-drilled to accept the TB3 in support of up to 2.00" OD Mast. The TB3 is not intended to be mounted onto AS25G or AS455G Accessory shelves. The Rotor can then be Mounted on these Accessory Shelves Below.

The ROHN TB50 Die Cast Mast Tube Reducer Bushing fits 20BG 25AG 45AG Top Cap Sections for installing a 1.25" OD Antenna Mast in the Mast Tube of these Sections. The 20BG and 25AG Top Cap Sections come with a (1) Removable 1.25" ID Bushing at the Top end of the Mast Tube on the Pinnacle of the Section that can knocked out as only a couple tack welds hold it in place. The TB50 can be used as a replacement for this end as well as providing the bushing necessary at the bottom end to center the 1.25" Antenna Mast you are looking to install. The 45AG Mounting Tube is open at both ends.

The ROHN KY2041A 3-hole Waveguide Cable Bracket is used to secure Waveguide Cable Lines to the legs of standard ROHN 25G 45G 45GSR 55G 65G tower sections. The hot-dip galvanized brackets feature (3) 7/16 and (3) 3/4 holes and can be mounted to Tower Section Rail Legs from 3/4 - 2 1/4" inch in Outside Diameter. It is recommended that (5) KY2041A be used per 20ft of tower for 4ft OC spacing.(1 per Quantity Ordered)

ROHN 3/4X12PP Pier Pin 3/4" x 12" inch installed for 25G 45G 55G Concrete Base Plates

The ROHN 3/4X12PP Pier Pin is a 3/4 inch DIA x 12 inch long Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Rod Section used to align the BPC25G BPC45G BPC55G Concrete Base Plates on top of a Concrete Pier to prevent lateral movement only.(Concrete Base Plate is a Separate Item) The ROHN 25G 45G 55G Guyed Towers are then erected Over Center of the Pier Pin held Concrete Base Plate. Without Torque Arm Supplemented Down Guys, the Tower may twist slightly as the guys merely keep the tower plumb and centered but do not prevent twist under load. A Short Base or Main Tower Section Embedded in a concrete pour foundation will reduce this affect tremendously and a Torque Arm Assembly installed in proximity to the location of the Antennas mounted on the tower will minimize it further.
A Concrete Base Plate cannot be used as a Self Supporting Base Plate (see 25GSSB 45GSSB 55GSSB).
This Pier Pin is also used with 25TG 45TG 55TG Tapered Base Sections.

ROHN BPC45G Concrete Base Plate for 45G Guyed Tower

The ROHN BPC45G uses a 3/4" x 12" pier pin to align the plate to the concrete slab and prevents Lateral Movement for ROHN 45G Guyed Tower installations only. This ROHN Base Plate is 24" x 20" Square and 5/16 Thick, allows the ROHN 45G Tower to be Mounted onto an existing or new Concrete Pier, Pad or Slab but Cannot be Used as a Self Supporting Base Plate.(see 45GSSB)
All 45G Tower Installations should be temporarily Guyed during erection.

ROHN FR45G Flat Roof Mount Base for 45G Guyed Tower on Building

The ROHN FR45G bolts directly onto a Watertight and Reinforced Flat Roof Surface for a 45G Guyed Tower, but Cannot be Used as a Self Supporting Base Plate. (see 45GSSB) Roof Mounted Tower Options may limit Potential Height considerably as there is no Wind Load vs. Height Guidance to be found this type of Mounting in any of the Specification Literature for good reason. You need to Consult an Engineer to determine the Load Bearing Capability and Wind Speed Survivability of such an Installation. Guying is an absolute must, but remember that guying will simply increase the down pressure onto the Base support, which in this case, is your Roof!

ROHN 45GSSB Self-Supporting Base Plate for 45G Freestanding Tower

The ROHN 45GSSB Self-Supporting Base Plate for 45G Self-Supporting Towers is 24" Square and 3/4" Thick, facilitating the ROHN 45G Tower to be Mounted onto an Engineered Concrete Pad for this Purpose using Twelve (12) 1/2" DIA x 12 inch long Bolts or Equivalent ( HDG Treaded Rods) Protruding through Pad (See Engineering notes in Spec Sheet) and Can be used as the Base Plate for Self-Supporting 45G Tower Installations, depending on Wind Load. This is outside the Catalog of Pre-Engineered Self-Supporting Tower kits that use an entire base section embedded into the concrete during pour.
All 45G Tower Installations should be temporarily Guyed during erection.

The ROHN BPH45G Hinged Base Plate for 45G Guyed or Bracketed Towers is Bolted to a Concrete Pier Placement. The BPH45G is pre-drilled for use with six (6) 5/8 x 12 inch J-Bolts or Equivalent Embedded in Concrete Pier Pad during pour(Seek Engineering notes in Spec. Sheets, J-bolts Sold Separately), and Allows for the Tower to be Rotated up from Base during Installation. This ROHN Base Plate is 24 inches Square for the ROHN 45G Tower to be Mounted on a new or existing Concrete Pier. This Base for the 45G tower can be used in guyed or bracketed, but not self-supporting configurations according to specifications in the ROHN catalog.
All 45G Tower Installations should be temporarily Guyed during erection.

It is recommended as an Attachment to a ROHN Tower Section for use at every guy level. This ROHN TA45 Torque Arm Anti-twist Stabilizer Down Guy Assembly is to be located in the area of the Microwave or other Focused Beam antennas to provide six-way guying. The Assembly Comes welded as (1) Piece and attaches to the Tower at any Section Joint using slightly longer Joint Bolts through each Rail as the Sections Join Together.(included)
MUST BE INSTALLED AS SECTIONS ARE JOINED TOGETHER.
You will Need (6) 1/2" Shackles with a thimble around each shackle to seat whichever size EHS Strand Big Grip Preform Dead-end to terminate the Down Guy. The Big Grips and Thimbles will depend on the size of the Guy wire to be used 3/16EHS,1/4EHS or 5/16" EHS Strand(See Spec Sheet for Illustration)
