The ROHN BPL45GSR Thrust Bearing Top Cap Plate bolts onto the top of any Standard ROHN 45GSR Main Tower section and can provide extra clearance for installation of equipment such as Rotors on an Accessory Shelf mounted on a section below. The BPL45GSR is pre-drilled to accept mounting for the ROHN Thrust Bearing TB3 (2" ID) or TB4 (3" ID) and also provides Down Guy Attachment to this very same plate via Shackles and Thimbles.(Not Included)

ROHN 3/4X12PP Pier Pin 3/4" x 12" inch installed for 25G 45G 55G Concrete Base Plates

The ROHN 3/4X12PP Pier Pin is a 3/4 inch DIA x 12 inch long Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Rod Section used to align the BPC25G BPC45G BPC55G Concrete Base Plates on top of a Concrete Pier to prevent lateral movement only.(Concrete Base Plate is a Separate Item) The ROHN 25G 45G 55G Guyed Towers are then erected Over Center of the Pier Pin held Concrete Base Plate. Without Torque Arm Supplemented Down Guys, the Tower may twist slightly as the guys merely keep the tower plumb and centered but do not prevent twist under load. A Short Base or Main Tower Section Embedded in a concrete pour foundation will reduce this affect tremendously and a Torque Arm Assembly installed in proximity to the location of the Antennas mounted on the tower will minimize it further.
A Concrete Base Plate cannot be used as a Self Supporting Base Plate (see 25GSSB 45GSSB 55GSSB).
This Pier Pin is also used with 25TG 45TG 55TG Tapered Base Sections.

The APL4A is a 3/16" inch thick Plate primarily used as a Top Cap for 45GSR Self-Supporting and Guyed Towers and the 4N section as teh Top cap of an SSV self-supporting tower installation. The Plate is also purposed as a Mount for Cameras by the customer that would require some template based drilling prior to installation. The same MAY be required in its use as an Aviation Beacon Plate in All 45GSR Tower Series Installations though it has holes predrilled for said purpose. This Cap Plate also has a predrilled hole to accommodate installation of a Lightning Rod in one corner. Bolts to top of standard section flanged joint. Includes (1) Top Cap Beacon Plate, (2) Cap Plates, Nuts and Bolts.

LRCL-5 5' Foot x 5/8" Copper Clad Lightning Rod for Tower Plates, Caps & Leg Mounts
The LRCL is a 5' Foot x 5/8" Copper Clad Lightning Rod ONLY that comes threaded, with Nut and Washer Hardware, for mounting onto Tower Top Assembly Plates (i.e. ROHN APL25G, APL45G, APL55G, APL4A, APL4HA), Leg Mounts and Caps (i.e. ROHN VW133, VW132, VY1949A, VY1949-A) as well as extraneous Mounts such as the Harger CUBU581 Air Terminal Base.

The VW132 kit is comprised of (1) 3/16" inch thick Plate with bolts and nuts for installation onto a 45GSR Tower Section leg joint flange as an Assembly for (1) Leg with an additional Hole predrilled for the LRCL Lightning Rod.(available separately). Addition Top Caps are not included in this Kit as only One Lightning Rod is needed and with the leg rails of the Tower section being solid, there is no further need of additional caps to seal from Animal, Insect or Debris accumulation.
