ROHN KY2041A Waveguide Cable Hanger Bracket for 25G 45G 45GSR 55G 65G Tower

The ROHN KY2041A 3-hole Waveguide Cable Bracket is used to secure Waveguide Cable Lines to the legs of standard ROHN 25G 45G 45GSR 55G 65G tower sections. The hot-dip galvanized brackets feature (3) 7/16 and (3) 3/4 holes and can be mounted to Tower Section Rail Legs from 3/4 - 2 1/4" inch in Outside Diameter. It is recommended that (5) KY2041A be used per 20ft of tower for 4ft OC spacing.(1 per Quantity Ordered)

ROHN KC970 Top Cap Plate and Camera/Beacon Mount for 65G Tower

The KC970 is a 3/16" inch thick Plate primarily used as a Top Cap for 65G Self-Supporting and Guyed Towers. For the 65SS0XXCT 65G Camera Tower Series, the Plate is also purposed as a Mount for Cameras by the customer that would require some template based drilling prior to installation. The same would be required in its use as a Beacon Plate in All 65G Tower Series Installations.

The VW133 kit is comprised of (1) 3/16" inch thick Plate with bolts and nuts for installation onto a 65G Tower Section leg joint flange as an Assembly for (1) Leg with an additional Hole predrilled for the LRCL Lightning Rod.(available separately). Two (2) Addition Non-Rod Top Caps with bolts and nuts are included in this Kit as only One Lightning Rod is needed and with the leg rails of the Tower section being hollow, there is further need of additional caps to seal all (3) Rails from Animal, Insect and Debris accumulation.

The ROHN APL4HA is a Tower Top Section Single Leg Flange Joint Mounted Beacon Plate designed for mounting a Beacon Obstruction Light or Lightning Rod to the top of a standard ROHN 65G tower Section. This APL4HA also fits ROHN SSV Tower Section 6N and 5N. The beacon plate bolts directly to the Joint Flange at the top of the section and includes all required nuts and bolts for installation

ROHN GA65GD Down Guy Bracket Assembly for 65G Guyed Tower Installation

The GA65GD Guy Bracket is comprised of 3 separate Mounts to the ROHN 65G Series Guyed Towers at any Horizontal Brace and attaches to the rails directly via 3 U-bolts per mount. This Guy Assembly is used to attach guy wires to the ROHN 65G tower. It is recommended as an Attachment to a ROHN Tower Section for use at every guy level with the top (2) of the (3) U-bolts encompassing the zig-zag rod bracing to prevent slippage. The 65G tower can be used in guyed, self-supporting or bracketed configurations according to specifications in the ROHN catalog. Check the ROHN Tower Catalog for Specific Height Details.

ROHN TA656 Torque Arm Stabilizer Anti-Twist Down Guy Assembly for 65G Tower

This ROHN TA656 Torque Arm Anti-twist Stabilizer Down Guy Assembly is to be located in the area of the Microwave or other Focused Beam antennas to provide six-way guying. Comes in 3 Structural Pieces that joint together via Top & Bottom Plates where each piece meets another, being assembled around the Tower Section. The Assembly then attaches to each of the (3) Tower Leg Rails with U-clamps, preferably resting above the Tower Section Joint Flanges. Torque Arm Lugs are provided. The (6) Shackles required to affix Thimbles, Pre-forms and Down Guys are Not Included.
CAN BE INSTALLED AFTER SECTIONS ARE JOINED TOGETHER ON EXISTING TOWERS.
The ROHN TA656 features a 6" inch Channel. The alternate ROHN 658 features an 8" inch Channel. The wider 8" inch channel utilized at heights on the Tower that may experience more downward force.
Both are to be Specified by ROHN Engineering Staff for the Particular needs of Your Tower Height and EPA Loading.

The ROHN BGK2G is primarily used for grounding the Base Section or Plate of 25G,45G,55G and 65G REV. F Towers, also used in Self-Supporting Tower Kits. Comprises enough material to ground at 1 Tower section on Tubular Rail. Consists of (1) 5/8"x8' Ground Rod, (1) 5/8"x8' Ground Rod Clamp (1) 1-1/4 to 2" inch J-Clamp and 10 feet of #4 Solid Copper Wire. These are REV. F Tower structure Grounding Kits. The NEW REV. G Tower structure Grounding Kits use wire rope vs. the solid copper found here, in addition to revised clamping Attachments. (see BGK2GGX)
