3 Star Inc. Products are Those Products Labeled under the 3 Star Inc. Brand(s) and as Such are Warranteed to be Free of Defects in Material and Workmanship by Us for a Period of One Year (Calendar, Starting at Date of Sale).
When Not Specifically Stated Otherwise, The Product Condition is Assumed to be that of "New" or "Like New" and that Regardless of Sale Condition, Unless Otherwise Stated, All Product(s) are Warranteed Against Infantile Failure and D.O.A. by 3 Star Inc. Once Installed by a Qualified Professional, Manufacturer Warranty (if any) Applies. This and Any Other Warranty, Written or Implied, Does Not Cover and This Exclusion is Not Limited to; Acts of God, Mis-Use, Modification or Use Other than Intended (see General Disclaimer below).
New- is Unused Equipment, Parts or Supplies That are Original Equipment Manufacture in Original Packaging or Equivalent that is of Recent or Current Manufacture. Unless Otherwise Stated, It will Be Assumed that the Original Manufacturer Warranty is for One Year (Calendar) against Defects in Material and Workmanship, Starting from Date of Sale.
Like New- is Un-Used Equipment, Parts or Supplies That are Original Equipment Manufacture in Original Packaging or Equivalent that is Not of Recent or Current Manufacture and May, In Fact, be Discontinued. Unless Otherwise Stated, It will Be Assumed that the Original Manufacturer Warranty is for One Year against Defects in Material and Workmanship, Starting from Date of Sale.
Refurbished- means that the Equipment, Parts or Supplies Was of UnKnown Condition Prior to a Repair or Re-conditioning Process that Brings the Equipment, Parts or Supplies Back to within Original Factory Specifications or Generally Accepted Industry Equivalent. Unless Otherwise Stated, It will Be Assumed that the Only Warranty is for 90 Days against Defects in Material and Workmanship, Starting from Date of Sale.
Field Pull (Out)- is Equipment or Part(s) of Equipment that Were Removed from Operative Use at the Time of Liberation and is Assumed to be in Acceptable Working Condition. Unless Otherwise Stated, It will Be Assumed that the Only Warranty is for 30 Days against Defects in Material and Workmanship, Starting from Date of Sale.
Used- means Exactly That. There may be some Indication of Age and Working Condition in the Description. Unless Otherwise Stated, There is No Warranty Provided for this Product.
Cable- Once Installed, Cannot be Returned to Like Condition at Time of Sale and Delivery, and Hence, is not a Refundable, Returnable or Exchangeable Item. However, Item Is Warranteed to be Free from Defects in Material and Workmanship by Manufacturer for a Period of One Year (Calendar) from Time of Sale.
Wire- Once Installed, Cannot be Returned to Like Condition at Time of Sale and Delivery, and Hence, is not a Refundable, Returnable or Exchangeable Item. Special Orders- Involve Providing a Product to Quantity, Type, Use or Specification that is Catered To You and Your Order. Unless otherwise Stated, There is No Manufacturer Warranty in Effect, and Hence, Cannot be Refunded, Returned or Exchanged.

(2) The equipment is not properly maintained and operated under normal conditions by qualified personnel. (3) The Customer has not notified 3 Star Inc. in the Manner and Methods Described above upon discovery of any nonconformity or defect (or other breach). Under no circumstance shall 3 Star Inc. et al be liable to You for any loss of profits, any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any claims or demands brought against You by any other party, even if 3 Star Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such claims or demands This limitation is intended to apply to all of Your family members, guests, invitees, and other visitors to Your premises or locations of Product use.
