The VW321 is a 3/16" inch thick Plate with bolts and nuts for installation onto a 45GSR Tower Section leg joint flange as a Cap for (1) Leg with an additional Hole predrilled for the Rod. This Kit does Not include LRCL Lightning Rod (available separately).
