ROHN BPL55G Thrust Bearing Plate and Down Guy Top Cap for 55G Tower

The ROHN BPL55G Thrust Bearing Top Cap Plate bolts onto the top of any Standard ROHN 55G Main Tower section and can provide extra clearance for installation of equipment such as Rotors on an Accessory Shelf mounted on a section below. The BPL55G is pre-drilled to accept mounting for the ROHN Thrust Bearing TB3 (2" ID) or TB4 (3" ID) and also provides Down Guy Attachment to this very same plate via Shackles and Thimbles.(Not Included)
When considering use of this ROHN BPL55G Top Bearing Plate for a ROHN 55G Tower, refer in comparison to the ROHN 55AG4 Top Cap Section (if it existed!). This BPL55G section by itself is UPS shippable and hence, considerably cheaper to ship. This is advantageous to consider when changing out the Top Cap Tower Section of an existing ROHN 55G Tower, because in addition, this Plate is lighter and can be hand carried. It is pre-drilled to accept the ROHN TB3 and TB4 Bearings, and incorporates "ears" for Guy wire attachment.
