ROHN AS25G Antenna Rotor Accessory Shelf with Hardware for 25G Tower Sections

The ROHN AS25G is an Accessory Shelf for mounting Antenna Mast Rotators, Beacon Lights and other Custom Uses. Drilled to fit the Hygain and Yaesu rotator bolt patterns, the accessory shelf plate is not drilled nor is it designed for use with thrust bearings. Field Drilling may be necessary to accommodate Specific Items beyond the two models indicated. The AS25G is Hot Dip Galvanized Steel with (3) U-Bolts to attach to all 3 Side Rails anywhere on a 25G Tower Section, usually somewhere below the Thrust Bearing Mount as the Shelf nor the Rotator is designed to take the load of the Mast and Antenna. In addition, the AS25G can be Mounted with Beacon Lighting anywhere needed along the 3 Side Rails of any 25G Tower Sections.

This ROHN BAS25G Thrust Bearing Plate and Rotor Accessory Shelf Combo Top Cap Bolts onto the Top of Standard ROHN 25G Main Tower Section of 10, 7, 5 and 3 foot for Mounting both the Antenna Rotor (Hygain and Yaesu rotator bolt patterns) and the ROHN TB3 or TB4 Thrust Bearing on one Assembly, each with their own Shelf, with a plate to plate distance of 16 inches. Integral Ears also provide for Down Guys with Shackles and Thimbles.(Not Included)

The ROHN BPC25G uses a 3/4" x 12" pier pin to align the plate to the concrete slab and prevents Lateral Movement for ROHN 25G Guyed Tower installations only. This ROHN Base Plate is 15 inches Square and 3/16 Thick, allows the ROHN 25G Tower to be Mounted onto an existing or new Concrete Pier, Pad or Slab but Cannot be Used as a Self Supporting Base Plate.(see 25GSSB)
All 25G Tower Installations should be temporarily Guyed during erection.

ROHN 25AG Top Cap Section with 2.00" OD Mast Tube for 25G Tower

The ROHN 25AG Top Cap Pinnacle Section is 9'-0" in height, consists of 16 gauge walls with 5 bays of bracing, swaged double-bolted connections and a 2.00" OD Mast Tube protruding 8.25 inches above apex of side rails at the Pinnacle of this Section. A 2.00 inch Outside Diameter Mast Tube at the Pinnacle of the ROHN Top Cap Section means approx. 1-13/16 inch Inside Diameter. Each 25G Tower Section is Hot Dip Galvanized is shipped containing all required nuts and bolts inside one leg.

ROHN SBH25G 3'-9" Hinged Short Base Section for 25G Guyed or Bracketed Tower

The ROHN SBH25G is a Hinged 3 foot-9 inch Short Base Section for Embedment in a poured Concrete Pad prior to erection of a 25G Guyed or Bracketed Tower. This Short Base Section is set into a hole, with concrete poured around it and resting on top of gravel layer underneath to provide a Drained, Bolted and Fixed Connection to a 25G Main Tower or Top Cap Section. Be sure to orient the Base properly so that you can Bracket or Down Guy the Tower as Designed and still able to tilt the Tower Down away from Obstructions
This Hinged 25G Short Base Tower Section CANNOT be used in ANY "Self-Supporting" 25G Series Tower configuration, please refer to the ROHN SB25G5 5 foot Short Base as this part is called out for in the ROHN Pre-Engineered Self-Supporting Tower Kits.

ROHN 25AG2 Top Cap Section with 2.25" OD Mast Tube for 25G Tower

The ROHN 25AG2 Top Cap Pinnacle Section is 9'-9" in height, consists of 16 gauge walls with 5 bays of bracing, swaged double-bolted connections and a 2.25" OD Mast Tube protruding 18 inches (of 36" total tube length) above apex of side rails at the Pinnacle of this Section. A 2.25 inch Outside Diameter 14 gauge Mast Tube at the Pinnacle of the ROHN Top Cap Section means approx. 2 and 1/16-3/32 inch Inside Diameter. For those interested in seating a 2.00" OD mast tube within, be prepared to flatten any HDG burring by bore honing. Each 25G Tower Section is Hot Dip Galvanized is shipped containing all required nuts and bolts inside one leg.

The ROHN SB25G is a 3 foot-4 inch Short Base Section for Embedment in a poured Concrete Pad prior to erection of a 25G Guyed Tower. This Short Base Section is set into a hole, with concrete poured around it and resting on top of gravel layer underneath to provide a Drained, Bolted and Fixed Connection to a 25G Main Tower or Top Cap Section which provide addition twist control than using a typical BPC25G Base Plate that centers over a Pier Pin Rod and rests on top of a previously poured Concrete Pad.
