The FF-KS is a Broadband Cable TV Hardline 5/8-24 Housing Port Male Pin (KS) to F Female (FF) Connector Adaptor that will adapt RG59, RG6 and RG11 flexible drop cable connections to Hardline Distribution architecture. This is common practice when trouble-shooting failed cable segments, temporarily bypassing them altogether or feeding higher than normal Drop RF Signal levels to Multiple Dwelling units (MDUs).
This Aluminum Alloy Chromate finish Housing to F will NOT Block AC Power, but should not be relied upon to pass current to feed Outside Plant Actives downstream. Power Block should be made from the Passive or Active this Connector would be Feeding From.
