This CLM-23 is a Medium Duty 1.66" OD Double Side Arm Antenna Mount, Bullhorn Style, providing a U-shaped Antenna Mast that mounts with a Perpendicular Crossover Clamp Kit to another Mast Pole or Pipe from 1-1/2", up to 2 inch OD via Galvanized U-Bolts and Alligator Clamps. This version is 23.5 inches Center to Center and Rises 10 inches. Together with the incidental Supporting Mast Pole You Provide, it theoretically could support 3 Small, Light Antennas. This is typically used for the mounting of TV, Wireless Internet, Cellular Gateway, LTE, 5G, MIMO, UHF, VHF, Single Satellite Dish or DBS, Weather Station, Telemetry Antennas or Lighting attached to other masts and pipe, Tower legs, Railings, Balconies, Roof Tops, etc.

Pipe to Pipe or Mast Pole to Tower Leg Crossover Clamp Sets and 90° Perpendicular Mounts
Crossover Mounts accommodating 2-3/8" OD through 4-1/2" OD Mast Tube Pipe are HDG (Hot Dipped Galvanized).
Crossover Mounts accommodating 1.00" OD through 2.25" OD Mast Tube are of a Pre-Galvanized Plated Finish.
All are used to Fixate and Hold (2) poles to cross perpendicularly, one to the other, preferably from an integral Structure Member to another, or even Freestanding. An Example would be attaching a Vertical Mast Pole Tube to an existing Horizontal Welded Guard Rail at two levels (Top and Mid rail) utilizing (2) Crossovers as to maintain a Cantilever against Weight and Wind Loading on the Mast being installed.

You can increase the amount of strength and holding power by utilizing multiple mounts space out over the length of the Mounting Pipe. There are many reasons you might need to use these mounts and they mostly involve the need to attach a pole to another pole to either extend the original or simply as an attachment point for prime placement location.
Both Pole to Pole and Crossover Mounts are designed to support most WiFi , PCS, Cellular, SCADA, TV and Other Light to Midweight antennas. Consult a Structural Engineer if meeting Wind Speed survivability ratings is necessary.
