The ROHN BPC25G uses a 3/4" x 12" pier pin to align the plate to the concrete slab and prevents Lateral Movement for ROHN 25G Guyed Tower installations only. This ROHN Base Plate is 15 inches Square and 3/16 Thick, allows the ROHN 25G Tower to be Mounted onto an existing or new Concrete Pier, Pad or Slab but Cannot be Used as a Self Supporting Base Plate.(see 25GSSB)
All 25G Tower Installations should be temporarily Guyed during erection.

The ROHN BPH25G Hinged Base Plate for 25G Guyed or Bracketed Towers is Bolted to a Concrete Pier Placement. The BPH25G is pre-drilled for use with six (6) 1/2 x 12 inch J-Bolts or Equivalent Embedded in Concrete Pier Pad during pour(Seek Engineering notes in Spec. Sheets, J-bolts Sold Separately), and Allows for the Tower to be Rotated up from Base during Installation. This ROHN Base Plate is 15 inches Square for the ROHN 25G Tower to be Mounted on a new or existing Concrete Pier. This Base for the 25G tower can be used in guyed or bracketed, but not self-supporting configurations according to specifications in the ROHN catalog.
All 25G Tower Installations should be temporarily Guyed during erection.

The ROHN 25GSSB Base Plate for 25G Self-Supporting Tower is 19 inches Square and 1/2 Thick, allows the ROHN 25G Tower to be Mounted onto an Engineered Concrete Pad for this Purpose with Four (4) J-bolts (5/8 inch DIA by 12 inch long) or Equivalent embedded in a Poured Concrete Pier Pad and Can be used as the Base Plate for Self-Supporting 25G Tower Installations, depending on Wind Load. This is outside the Catalog of Pre-Engineered Self-Supporting Tower kits that use an entire base section embedded into the concrete during pour.
All 25G Tower Installations should be temporarily Guyed during erection.

The ROHN SB25G5 is a 5 foot Short Base Section for Embedment in a poured Concrete Pad prior to erection of a 25G Bracketed or Self-Supporting Tower. This Short Base Section is set into a hole, with concrete poured around it and resting on top of gravel layer underneath to provide a Drained, Bolted and Fixed Connection to a 25G Main Tower or Top Cap Section which provide addition twist control.
If you are installing a Guyed 25G Series Tower, this ROHN SB25G5 5 foot Short Base can be used with a slightly deeper poured concrete pad in substitution of the ROHN SB25G 3 foot-4 inch Short Base called out for in the ROHN Pre-Engineered Guyed Tower Kits.

The ROHN SBH25G is a Hinged 3 foot-9 inch Short Base Section for Embedment in a poured Concrete Pad prior to erection of a 25G Guyed or Bracketed Tower. This Short Base Section is set into a hole, with concrete poured around it and resting on top of gravel layer underneath to provide a Drained, Bolted and Fixed Connection to a 25G Main Tower or Top Cap Section. Be sure to orient the Base properly so that you can Bracket or Down Guy the Tower as Designed and still able to tilt the Tower Down away from Obstructions
This Hinged 25G Short Base Tower Section CANNOT be used in ANY "Self-Supporting" 25G Series Tower configuration, please refer to the ROHN SB25G5 5 foot Short Base as this part is called out for in the ROHN Pre-Engineered Self-Supporting Tower Kits.

This Short Base Section is set into a hole, with concrete poured around it and resting on top of gravel layer underneath to provide a Drained, Bolted and Fixed Connection to a 25G Main Tower or Top Cap Section which provide addition twist control than using a typical BPC25G Base Plate that centers over a Pier Pin Rod and rests on top of a previously poured Concrete Pad.
If you are installing a "Bracketed" or "Self-Supporting" 25G Series Tower, please refer to the ROHN SB25G5 5 foot Short Base as this part is called out for in the ROHN Pre-Engineered Kits.

ROHN FR25G Flat Roof Mount Base for 25G Guyed Tower on Building

The ROHN FR25G bolts directly onto a Watertight and Reinforced Flat Roof Surface for a 25G Guyed Tower, but Cannot be Used as a Self Supporting Base Plate. (see 25GSSB or 25GBRM) Roof Mounted Tower Options may limit Potential Height considerably as there is no Wind Load vs. Height Guidance to be found this type of Mounting in any of the Specification Literature for good reason. You need to Consult an Engineer to determine the Load Bearing Capability and Wind Speed Survivability of such an Installation. Guying is an absolute must, but remember that guying will simply increase the down pressure onto the Base support, which in this case, is your Roof!
