Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Bracket designed to Wall Mount ROHN H50, H40, H30, H20 and Easy-Up TM-20, TM-30, TM-40 and TM-50 Telescopic Antenna Masts as well as ANY TV Antenna Mast Pole from 1 to 2.50 Inches in Diameter (Mast not included). Set of (2) comes with HDG Lag Bolt Installation Hardware and Anti-Twist Feature. Guy Wire Support for Mast Sections above this mount will still be required. This Bracket will Stand off any Antenna Mast within this Diameter range, but is not designed to support the weight of any Telescopic Antenna Mast off of the Ground. Bonding should be made by affixment to Mast. Consult NEC and Applicable Local Code for further guidance.

Further, the NEC (National Electrical Code partly defines a good Ground connection as being as short as possible, you must affix a connection to a good Earth Ground prior to Premise entry or Bond to an existing one.
