3 Star 3SL32 Solar Charged Battery Powered LED Aviation LIOL for Communication Towers
The 3SL32 features a unique constant current design with ultra high efficiency. Being Solar Charged Battery Powered, Self-contained and Care-free, this light unit is easy to deploy and perfect in almost any Condition or Emergency use. Robust body construction and surface coating provides good protection against harsh environments while the high-efficiency rechargeable NiMH battery is capable of providing power for up to 20 days when the weather hampers solar charging.
This Online Version comes with a 32 Candela Effective Intensity Red Flash at 40 FPM rate and an External Master Power Switch with 70/100 Lux Sensing Automatic On/Off Light Activation Circuit.
GPS or 485 synchronization, Wireless Remote Control to customize Flash rate Frequency/Intensity and External Charging Features are Available (OPTIONAL SPECIFIC ORDER).

A Replacement NiMH rechargeable battery can be sourced almost anywhere.

Low Intensity Obstruction Lighting are lights used to visually mark obstacles and obstructions. These lights are necessary in providing a clear visual indicator and in preventing collisions in poor visibility conditions or at night.

POWER

Three different types of power technology are used to power these LED LIOL lights.

  • Solar- The power is supplied by a battery. This battery is charged during the day using embedded solar panels. At night and when there is insufficient solar available, the units will switch over to battery power. This all happens automatically.
  • Universal AC Line Power- Power must be provided using a power cable that can supply AC current (110–240VAC 50/60Hz). Can also be powered with optional solar and/or battery.
  • Universal DC Line Power- Power must be provided using a power cable that can supply DC current (12–48VDC). Can also be powered with optional solar and/or battery.

LED TECHNOLOGY

All the LIOL lighting we carry, uses the latest advancements in LED (Light Emitting Diode) technology as a light source. The major advantage of LED’s over traditional light sources is well established in that they typically have an operational life in excess of 100,000 hours, resulting in substantial savings to maintenance and servicing costs.
