ROHN 160505PHS 5 Foot Tall by 1.25 inch OD 16 AWG Hot Dip Galvanized Antenna Mast Pole Pipe
Made in the USA!Made in the USA!
This 5 Foot (60") by 1.25" OD 16 AWG Medium to Heavy Duty Antenna Mast tube is Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) for Extreme Weather Resistance and adds a layer of zinc in the process which may make fitment difficult with other pre-galvanized (Non-HDG) Swaged-end Masts. If you are Looking to increase height by multiples of 5 foot using HDG 16 AWG masts, we recommend that you use the ROHN 5-16S Swaged-end HDG Masts solely, which are notched on the receiving end in addition to being swaged on the other for stacked fitment with another swaged section.
Be Sure and afford yourself 2 feet minimum, up to 1/3 of the overall mast length between the two wall mounts you would utilize in your TV antenna Installation. The Torque applied from wind load through cantilever to these mounts can be significant.
Manufacturers recommend that mast heights of 10 feet and higher be guyed.

The ROHN SSV HD tower has the same features and utility as the SSV tower, but with Heavy Duty legs and braces. The heavy duty tower allows for the structure to support more loading and higher wind and ice loading. This tower serves the same applications as the SSV including: PCS, broadband, security, sports lighting and many others. The SSV HD also has standard “pre-engineered” towers created from standard sections. All ROHN SSV towers are hot-dip galvanized, inside and out for corrosion protection.

General Notes:
   1. Standard tower designs are in accordance with approved national standard ANSI/TIA-222-G, Structure Class II, Topographic Category 1, 3/4” design ice thickness, seismic coeffilient SS < 1.0.
   2. Tower designs assume allowable projected areas are symmetrically placed on the tower.
   3. Designs assume one 7/8 line to top and two 7/8 lines to 30 feet below top, one line on each face.
   4. All towers are provided with step bolts and a tapered top.
   5. Grounding kit must be ordered seperately.
   6. Assembly drawings and standard foundation details are supplied with the tower.
   7. Custom designs for site-specific applications are available upon request
