The EVO1-SP-2 is engineered with reliability and functionality in mind Evolution’s digital splitters deliver superb RF performance for today’s evolving cable networks. With quality as our primary objective, 100% of our splitters are QC tested at the factory prior to being shipped. Our UL Listed splitters are specially designed with raised bodies to provide more room for the installation of connectors and to allow moisture to pass behind the splitter instead of trapping moisture on the back plate. The unique manufacturing process used to make our digital splitters eliminates parting lines on the splitters ports, which are a source of moisture migration. Patented, enhanced conical seizure mechanisms are used in all splitters to maximize contact surface and center conductor retention. The zinc die cast housings and back plates are plated using a proprietary multilayer nickel plating process that offers excellent corrosion protection. All back plates are soldered to ensure a hermetical seal and RFI isolation.
Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Pipe meets a variety of communication tower needs such as Cellular, PCS, Wireless Cable, Microwave, Wireless Internet, WiFi Hot Spots, DBS, MDS, MMDS and UHF/VHF reception. Galvanization provides a protective zinc coating that prevents rust and corrosion from water or moisture over time.
Selecting the proper antenna mast pipe is crucial. Depending on the size of your antenna, it's EPA, weight and height all play a factor in selecting a supportive pole. When planning, it's best to have all the information you can get like outside diameter of your attaching method, the clearance of gutters, siding or other obstacles in the path of your erecting a mast or tower.
Here you will find standard straight pipe in 5' foot and 10' foot lengths. You can also find those same pipes with a special end called a swage. A swaged ended pipe allows you to sleeve another of the exact same Composition, ID, OD and Gauge. ROHN Swaged Masts are Designed for stacking with a Notch and Swage Feature that prevents twisting of one mast section to the other without a set screw.(see images below)
